Cutlery care

Follow these steps to extend the life of your cutlery:

Prompt cleaning: Wash cutlery in warm soapy water as soon as possible after use.
Avoid soaking: Never leave dirty cutlery to soak. Always dry cutlery immediately after washing with a clean, dry cloth.
Immediate drying: Do not leave cutlery overnight to cool down in the dishwasher or to drip dry. Residues can settle and begin corroding the cutlery.
Dishwasher cycles: Do not use ‘rinse and hold’ dishwasher cycles with cutlery.
Separate washing: Wash stainless steel and silver-plated cutlery separately to avoid damaging the silver plate.
Avoid abrasive cleaners: Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaning agents, as they can scratch and damage the cutlery surface.
Polish regularly: Regularly polish your cutlery with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing. You can use the cutlery bag provided.
Store properly: Store cutlery in a dry, well-ventilated place. Use cutlery trays or holders to prevent scratches and reduce exposure to air and moisture.
Handle with care: When handling cutlery, avoid contact with acidic foods for prolonged periods.

By following these care instructions, you can ensure your cutlery remains in excellent condition and lasts for years to come.
