Availability
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.
Orders
You can order in the following ways:
1. Online using the online order form.
2. By phone or email using our contact information in the footer of the website.
Payment
We accept payment in the following ways:
- Through Shopify for Mastercard/Visa/Amex/ApplePay
- PayPal
Prices
You can select the currency you would like to see the products in. They are converted from GBP.
Customer Support and Service
If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Friday), 10.00am - 5.00pm, outside those hours please e-mail us using the contact details provided on the footer or contact us on the Contact page on the website. Calls are to a UK mobile and your provider specifies the charges.
We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.

If you have any special request please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your account and/or your Personal Information.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
