Shipping policy

Dispatch Time: Orders received before 2 pm will be shipped the same day. (excluding weekends and bank holidays, when they will be dispatched on the next working day). Orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the following day.
Courier: The courier we use will depend on your location, and we will confirm which one once the order is received. It is typically DHL. DPD, or UPS.
Delivery to PO Boxes: Most couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are unable to accept your delivery, it may be redirected to a local access point for collection at your convenience. These affiliated retail locations are typically local shops (e.g., newsagents or grocers). You will receive a notification from the courier with details.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected courier service. Please note that delivery times are subject to courier schedules and may be affected by external factors such as weather or customs delays.
Tracking Information: Where available, tracking information will be provided via email after dispatch, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping charges vary from country-to-country and are confirmed at checkout.
Import duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recepient.
Customs Declaration: All international shipments include accurate customs documentation to ensure smooth processing at borders and reduce potential delays.

If you require express delivery, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with a custom quote for express shipping.

For packages that are returned to us as undelivered or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. If you wish to cancel your order instead, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping charges.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, international orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, local holidays, or courier issues. We recommend allowing additional time for delivery during peak periods.
