Refund policy

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return or exchange request.

Unwanted Items

If you decide to return an item:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt via email or phone.
  2. Send the item to the address provided below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately via email or phone.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. Upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition for an exchange.
  • Additional shipping charges apply for sending the replacement item.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a secure delivery method with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.
  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure the package is securely packed and insured if necessary.
  • We cannot accept returns for personalised or customised items unless they are faulty.
