Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return or exchange request.
Unwanted Items
If you decide to return an item:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt via email or phone.
- Send the item to the address provided below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately via email or phone.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item and cover the cost of return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition for an exchange.
- Additional shipping charges apply for sending the replacement item.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a secure delivery method with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure the package is securely packed and insured if necessary.
- We cannot accept returns for personalised or customised items unless they are faulty.
